Jacob Staten Dominates at Dillon Motor Speedway

Dillon Motor Speedway delivered an action-packed night of racing on March 21, 2026, and Jacob Staten made the most of every lap.

Jacob showed speed right out of the gate, laying down a fast qualifying lap of 17.860 seconds—good enough to secure the outside front row starting position for the 30-lap feature.

Starting second, Jacob wasted no time making his move. By lap 6, he powered into the lead and never looked back. The race, however, was far from smooth, as multiple cautions tested the field’s patience and consistency.

A caution on lap 11 for a spin in turn two reset the field, with Jacob choosing the bottom lane for the restart. Another quick caution followed on lap 12, once again putting him in position to defend the lead from the inside.

Despite the interruptions, Jacob maintained control. By lap 22, he had stretched his advantage to nearly half a straightaway before yet another caution brought the field back together.

On the final restart, Jacob once again held strong on the bottom lane, executing flawlessly under pressure. From there, he never relinquished the top spot, driving to a well-earned victory and taking the checkered flag.
